Hi y'all! Laura here from "the badlands of Iowa".
Been enjoying my mother staying
with us for the past couple of weeks.
We've done a lot of stuff, made a
bunch of stuff, it's been nice.
We're also having our roof replaced and
gearing back up for school to start!!
Is summer almost gone already??!?

I'm always sad to see the end of summer,
it ends carefree days of sleeping in &
staying up waay too late,
splashing in the pool to cool off ,
and summer gardening.
It ends with lightning bugs stopping their nightly shows,
conventions wrapping up and
pioneer school lunches being served.
I love you summer, please come back soon.
