Atlas Moth... ya gotta see this!!

This is a pic I took yesterday of an Atlas Moth.

Stunning.. and curious... just one of Jehovah God's myriads of designs.

What a work of the Master Designer to emulate!

This one is a male, the females are larger and heavier without the fuzzy antennae. 

It lives about 2 weeks from start to finish, is in the winged adult form for only a few days.
