China Cat for ColourQChallenge

I don't like it when I loose track of exactly how I got my grubby mitts on a digi.
This is one of those.  I have it in a file marked "IKE" with my digis, but can't seem to find the artist.
I have it marked as STITCHYKAT2 in my folder as well. If anyone knows the artist, please let me know!
I probably picked it up from the CDAC back when they did freebie challenges, but I'm just not 100% sure.

    So cute! I always love your embossing. Something I frequently forget to do. The paper used for cat is so pretty!
