Hi y'all!
I have been enjoying the unseasonably warm weather up here in the "badlands of Iowa". YAY!!!
I survived another winter...WOOT WOOT!
Spring is here!
When I think of spring colors I always think of yellowy greens and purple with sunny yellows.
Reminds me of the crocus flowers that first come peeking out.
I did fun little technique on the dress and sock tops.
Take a white gel pen and doodle some designs on your printed digi.
Color over it (after it's completely dry!) with Copics
or other alcohol markers and it looks like patterned paper!
Cool, huh?
Emo Tulip Girl, colored with Copics on plain old copy paper, doodled with Gelly Roll White pen
Sentiment from TLC Creations, die cut with Spellbinders Oval die, mounted to Spellbinders Oval Scallop die cut
DP from DCWV Fresh Floral Stack
Music page from old songbook, die cut with Spellbinders Label#10, then embossed with Sizzix/Tim Holtz "Rays" embossing folder using my Big Shot
Grograin printed ribbon from Offray
All cut with my tonic 12" guillotine cutter, and folded with the Martha Stewart scoring board
All stuck and pasted together with my pink ATG (I found a refill when I was Spring Cleaning!)
Thanks so much for popping in today!
Love, Laura
Hi Laura, I'm trying to get caught up on my comments. Lang and I just finished pioneering last month, and I'm wiped out. I hope to get up and running again soon. Hugs, dj
